Ereporters reporting division continually demands a growing pool of experienced Realtime and deposition court stenographers and electronic reporters to assist with legal and meeting reporting (depositions, trials, and other court proceedings; public and administrative hearings). Realtime Writer/Transriptionist: For those who write Realtime at a high level but are not quite deposition ready, we give you the opportunity to practice your Realtime skills while getting paid. So it’s okay if you’re not quite up to speed for the fast pace of deposition, hearing or meeting reporting. You have the ability to slow down the audio to suit your pace. It’s almost like getting paid to practice. You work from home, so it doesn’t matter where in the US you live. You just need high-speed internet access. Court Reporters: We are actively seeking highly-skilled certified Arizona court reporters. Our firm covers a wide range of litigation. We are looking for both full-time reporters and part-time freelance reporters to add to our overflow list. If you have a professional appearance and demeanor, please contact us. Electronic Reporters: We seek certified audio technician-reporters, for example. who are capable of quickly setting up multiple microphones, mixers, recorders, and then be fully prepared 'to report' the meeting. Qualified audio technician-reporters must be capable of professionally coordinating the participants. We require 100% accuracy in speaker identification. Experience with off-line editing, filtering, and enhancement equipment and software is a plus. Proofreaders: If you have an eye for detail when it comes to proofreading, please contact us. We would love to hear from you. Familiarity with legal, technical, and medical is especially useful. This position also allows you to work from home, so it doesn’t matter where in the US you live.
